They have been serving the Eastern Panhandle community since 1989, and like us, are a family owned and operated business.  They specialize in all types of residential wiring, electrical contracting projects, and are a Generac generator certified dealer.  All electricians are fully licensed, insured, and driven towards the goal of quality work and customer satisfaction.

  • Which fuel will power my generator?
    Our Generac home standby generators are designed to run on one fuel source, either natural gas or liquid propane.
  • How does a standby generator work?
    A home standby generator is a backup power source that operates whether you are home or away. Within seconds of sensing an outage the generator will automatically kick on and supply power to your home. After utility power returns, the generator shuts itself off and waits for the next outage. It operates on natural gas or liquid propane gas and sits outside just like a central air conditioning unit. Refueling Not Necessary- Your Generac home backup generator runs on your existing natural gas or LP fuel supply.
  • How loud are generators?
    The generators average between 65 to 67 decibels depending on the model. This is a similar sound level as a central air conditioning unit.
  • Can home standby generators replace my utility service?
    The backup generator is designed as a backup to utility power only and should not be used as a primary power source.
  • What size generator do I need for my home?
    There are many factors that impact the generator sizing and power needs for your home. We can help best determine which generator will be best for your home!

  • What is the warranty on your lights?
    Shamrock Lighting has a 1-year return policy. This does not include installation unless originally installed by Todd Electric
  • Do you have light bulbs?
    Yes! We offer a wide selection of any type of bulb you may need for your fixture.
  • What is your return policy?
    Lights sold directly from the showroom floor are non-returnable. Lights that have been ordered have a 30-day return period and are subject to a 25% restocking fee or full store credit provided that they have not been installed. Installed fixtures are not returnable.
  • Do you have shades?
    Yes! We have an extensive collection of shades,and we can order what you need if there isn’t something that suits your needs. Please bring your lamp with you so we can properly fit it with a new shade.
  • Is what I see in the showroom all that you offer?
    No! Our showroom hosts about 5% of what we offer.Unfortunately, we are limited in space but we strive to bring in samples of all types of lighting. We pull in key pieces from each manufacturer to show finishes and styles. We have numerous catalogs and resources to help you find the perfect piece for your home.
  • How long will it take for my order to come in?
    We ask for about 2 weeks for all our products.
