What is your return policy?Lights sold directly from the showroom floor are non-returnable. Lights that have been ordered have a 30-day return period and are subject to a 25% restocking fee or full store credit provided that they have not been installed. Installed fixtures are not returnable.

What is the warranty on your lights?Shamrock Lighting has a 1-year return policy. This does not include installation unless originally installed by Todd Electric

How long will it take for my order to come in?We ask for about 2 weeks for all our products.

Is what I see in the showroom all that you offer?No! Our showroom hosts about 5% of what we offer.Unfortunately, we are limited in space but we strive to bring in samples of all types of lighting. We pull in key pieces from each manufacturer to show finishes and styles. We have numerous catalogs and resources to help you find the perfect piece for your home.

Do you have shades?Yes! We have an extensive collection of shades,and we can order what you need if there isn’t something that suits your needs. Please bring your lamp with you so we can properly fit it with a new shade.

Do you have light bulbs?Yes! We offer a wide selection of any type of bulb you may need for your fixture.
